Support Generalist – Call Center
Be responsible for answering all phone calls to Park Center that are received from the mail phone line. Schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments, screen inquiries, route calls to the appropriate staff member and monitor customer demographic information ensuring the confidentiality of customers and staff at all times.
Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent plus six months specialized training and knowledge of general office procedures with one to two years general secretarial experience.
