Manager – Business Office
Advance your career by becoming a part of our Patient Accounts department. Business Office Manager would be responsible for general management of all revenue accounts, day-to-day management of the Business Office functions and supervising the Business Office staff. Major responsibilities include:
- Establishing and monitoring internal controls and audit trails for revenue functions and processing.
- Staying current on Medicare, Medicaid, DCS, DMHA and other reimbursement regulations
- Managing A/R days, collections, provisions for bad debt and G/L revenue accounts
- Supervising the business office staff.
Minimum job qualification is a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related field and three to five years of relevant work experience. Preferred work experience in the area of auditing, supervision, or Medicaid/Medicare, or management.
