Beating the Blues is an effective online treatment for people feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, or down in the dumps.

You can move through eight online sessions at your convenience, on your schedule. The program, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, teaches strategies to help you cope better now, and in the future.

Beating the Blues is offered free to our community through Park Center.
