Recovery Specialist I - Intensive Support Services

Provide supportive intervention, case management and goal directed services to adult clients whose intensity level has dropped, may cycle again and need high intensity services to ensure continuity of care.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two years experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Caseworker II - Decatur, IN (1 opening); Bluffton, IN (1 opening)

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists. Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two years experience.

Recovery Specialist II - Continuous Treatment Team

Assist in providing supportive intervention, monitoring, goal directed and recovery oriented services for adult clients receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two years experience.

Behavioral Health Technician III - The Redwoods

Provide service linkage, intervention services, individual, group and family intervention to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs. Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.

Maintenance Technician II, HVAC/PM - Property Management

Provide specialized maintenance services including HVAC system repair and equipment services for Park Center's properties.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree or equivalent in HVAC related area plus three years of related work experience on commercial HVAC equipment.

Recovery Specialist III - Continuous Treatment Team

Provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services and supportive intervention to Park Center's adult clients.  May provide services to clients with very complex needs and assist other Recovery Specialists with complex cases.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with three years experience.

                       FW Home Based Services (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

 

Therapist I - F.W. Outpatient Services (2 openings)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field.

 

Therapist II - F.W. Outpatient Services (1 opening); Bluffton, IN (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain license within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience. 

 

A/D Therapist II - Chemical Dependency

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with two to three years post masters work experience.  License as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

Therapist III - F.W. Outpatient Services (1 opening); Decatur, IN (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and three to five years post Masters work experience.  LMFT and/or LCSW license required.

 

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services (1 opening)

                                       Decatur, IN (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric Group

In consultation with the Medical Director, provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients, including the seriously mentally ill.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in nursing with at least three years of experience in psychiatric nursing.  Eligible for an Advanced Practice Nurse Indiana license, for registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Advisory Committee and for a collaborative practice agreement.

Part Time Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods (2 openings)

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.

Hours available:  Sunday & Monday 1:30pm - 11:30pm

                               Friday 3pm - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm, Sunday 8am - 3pm

 

Part Time Intervention Specialist III - Intensive Support Services (2 openings)

Provide service linkage, crisis intervention and ADL services to adult clients at Park Center's sub acute facility by coordinating with both Park Center and hospital staff for coordination of mental health related hospital admissions.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental field with two to three years related experience.

Hours available:  Thursday - Saturday 3pm - 11pm

                             Sunday - Tuesday 3pm - 11pm

                             

Part Time A/D Therapist I - Chemical Dependency

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post master's experience.  A Park Center internship experience may be considered.  Alcohol & drug certification preferred or must be willing to be alcohol & drug certified within one year.

Part Time Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric Group
