Behavioral Health Technician I - Leslie House and Noel House (2 openings)
- Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center programs. Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma with at least two years related experience.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Hours available are Friday - Tuesday 1st shift and Friday - Tuesday 2nd shift.
Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods
- Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center programs. Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma with at least two years related experience.

Caseworker II - Decatur, Indiana
- Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care, conduct parenting education, provide goal directed services, and provide strengths based services. Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Licensed Practical Nurse - Medication Clinic
- Provide a wide range of psychiatric nursing services to clients in the medication clinic and throughout Park Center by administering medication, transcribing physician's orders and completing medical treatments as assigned. Minimum job qualification is a license by the State of Indiana as a practical nurse and one year of direct care experience. Psychiatric experience preferred.

Therapist I - Neighborhood Based Mental Health & Addictions Program
- Provide assessment, psychotherapeutic, psychoeducation skill building, addiction and mental health counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through community collaborative programming. Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post masters experience. License as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC and/or working toward license.
Applicants must have the ability to speak Spanish and a valid driver's license.
A/D Therapist I - Chemical Dependency
- As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of assessment, psychotherapeutic, and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center's programs. Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post masters work experience. Alcohol and drug certification preferred and license as a LCSW, LMFT or LMHC and/or working toward license.

Therapist II - Fort Wayne Outpatient Services
- Provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center's programs. Minimum job qualification is a masters degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain licensure within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and at least on year post masters work experience.
Therapist II - Home-Based Services
- Provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Cneter's Home Based Services program. Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and at least one year post masters work experience. Applicants must have state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW and a valid driver's license.
