Behavioral Health Technician I - Leslie & Noel Houses

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available:  2nd shift (3 openings available)

 

Recovery Specialist I - Intensive Support Services

With general supervision, provide a range of services including skills training, managing payee accounts, monitoring, case management and supportive intervention to Park Center's ACE clients.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with one year experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Recovery Specialist II - Intensive Support Services

With general supervision, provide a range of services including skills training, managing payee accounts, monitoring, case management and supportive intervention to Park Center's ACE clients.  Will provide services to clients whose intensity has dropped, may cycle again and need high intensity services to ensure continuity of care.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience.

Recovery Specialist II - C.T.T. (2 positions)

Provide supportive intervention and goal directed services for adult clients receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience.

Caseworker II - In-School Skills Program (formerly Family Education Center)

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned to ensure continuinty of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience.

Residential Youth Specialist II - The Redwoods, Leslie/Noel Houses

Provide supportive intervention and goal directed services for residential facility clients and families receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a bachelors degree in a mental health field with one to two years experience.

Behavioral Health Technician III - The Redwoods

Provide service linkage, supportive intervention and skills training to adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  May provide services to clients with complex needs.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.  

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available:  Friday - Monday 2:30pm - 12am, Tuesday staffing 1-3pm

 

A/D Recovery Specialist III - C.T.T.

Provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services, and supportive intervention to Park Center clients dealing with addictions and/or dually diagnosed with mental illness and addictions issues.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with three years experience.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Outpatient Access Clinician - F.W. Outpatient Services

Provide timely assessments of individuals initiating services at Park Center and coordinate timely ongoing therapy with the clinician most suited to assisting the client with the presenting situation.  Minimum qualification is a masters degree in a mental health related field and with at least six months related experience.  Must be computer literate, have keyboarding skills and have working knowledge of DSM-IV. 

 

Therapist I - Psychiatric Group - Decatur, IN

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling with a minimum of six months post masters experience. 

 

A/D Therapist II - Chemical Dependency (2 positions)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with two to three years post masters work experience.  License as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Part Time Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods (3 positions)

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 7am - 5pm

                            Sunday & Monday 1:30pm - 11:30pm

                           Friday 3pm - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm, Sunday 8am - 3pm

 

Part Time Recovery Specialist I - Intensive Support Services

With general supervision, provide a range of services including skills training, managing payee accounts, monitoring, case management and supportive intervention to Park Center's ACE clients.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  8am - 12pm

 

Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Haven House

Provide a range of psychiatric nursing services to clients at an adult residential facility.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a LPN by the State of Indiana and one year direct care experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  Saturday & Sunday 11am - 11pm

 

Part Time Registered Nurse - Inpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric nursing services to patients on the inpatient unit at Park Center.  Minimum qualification is a license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana with one year experience in a psychiatric setting.

Hours Available:  3rd shift - 24 hours per week with alternating weekend schedule
