Support Generalist - Adult Community Services (1 opening)

 Child & Adult Services (1 opening)

Provide a range of secretarial and clerical services including typing, filing and record keeping in support of the Center's departments and staff.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent plus six months specialized training and knowledge of general office procedures with one to two years general secretarial experience. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. required.

 

Certified Medical Assistant - Medication Clinic

Give injections, take blood pressures, weigh clients, take the pulse of the client,  participate in confirming services and facilitate communication between physicians, clients, appropriate clinicians and pharmacies in support of the Center's medical team.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in medical assisting with one year of direct care experience. 

Applicants must have certification as a medical assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants and have a valid driver's license.

 

Behavioral Health Technician I - Leslie House/Noel House (2 openings)

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.

Hours Available: Saturday - Monday 2nd/3rd shift

                                                Friday - Monday 2nd shift

 

Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods (3 openings)

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 2nd shift

                            Sunday, Monday, Tuesday(staffing), Friday & Saturday 1st shift

                          Friday - Tuesday - 2nd shift

 

Caseworker II - Three Wishes

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two years experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Behavioral Rehab Technician III  - Carriage House

Working in a fountain house clubhouse model, psychosocial rehabilitation program be responsible for the planning, development and operations of a work unit.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.  Prefer experience in advocacy, the humanities, sociology, communication or other alternative backgrounds.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Recovery Specialist III - Oubache Apartments

Provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services and supportive intervention to Park Center's adult clients residing in the Community Housing program.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

A/D Recovery Specialist III - Continuous Treatment Team

Provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services, and supportive intervention to Park Center clients dealing with addictions and/or dually diagnosed with mental illness and addiction issues.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with three years experience. Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Outpatient Access Clinician - F.W. Outpatient Services (3 openings)

Provide timely assessments of individuals initiating services at Park Center and coordinate timely ongoing therapy with the clinician most suited to assisting the client with the presenting situation.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in a mental health related field and with at least six months related experience.  Must be computer literate, have keyboarding skills and have working knowledge of DSM-IV. 

 

Therapist I - Decatur, IN (1 opening); Bluffton, IN (1 opening)

                       Fort Wayne Home Based Services(2 openings)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

 

Therapist I - F.W. Outpatient Services (several openings)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field.

 

Help Desk/Desktop Support - Information Systems

Provide Park Center users with technical support for workstations, telephones, printers, and software.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a computer related field with two years of experience trouble shooting computers, printers and networking problems.  Working knowledge of Windows 7 or 8, email, HP desktop systems and laptops, iPads, smart phones and MS Office.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist II - F.W. Outpatient Services (1 opening); Bluffton, IN (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain license within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience. 

 

A/D Therapist II - Chemical Dependency (2 positions)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with two to three years post masters work experience.  License as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist III - F.W. Outpatient Services (1 opening); Decatur, IN (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and three to five years post Masters work experience.  LMFT and/or LCSW license required.

 

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric Group

In consultation with the Medical Director, provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients, including the seriously mentally ill.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in nursing with at least three years of experience in psychiatric nursing.  Eligible for an Advanced Practice Nurse Indiana license, for registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Advisory Committee and for a collaborative practice agreement.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Part Time Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours available:  Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 7am - 5pm

                             

Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Haven House

Provide a range of psychiatric nursing services including medication administration, transcription of physician's orders and completion of medical treatments to adults living in a residential facility.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a LPN by the State of Indiana with one year direct care experience.

Hours Available:  Saturday & Sunday 11am - 11pm

 

Part Time A/D Therapist I - Chemical Dependency

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post master's experience.  A Park Center internship experience may be considered.  Alcohol & drug certification preferred or must be willing to be alcohol & drug certified within one year.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license. 

 

Part Time Registered Nurse - Inpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric nursing services to patients on the inpatient unit at Park Center.  Minimum qualification is a license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana with one year experience in a psychiatric setting.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available:  3rd shift - 24 hours per week with alternating weekend schedule

 

Part Time Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric Group

In consultation with the Medical Director, provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients, including the seriously mentally ill.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in nursing with at least three years of experience in psychiatric nursing.  Eligible for an Advanced Practice Nurse Indiana license, for registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Advisory Committee and for a collaborative practice agreement.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

PRN Psychiatric Technician IV - Inpatient Unit

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric rehabilitation and psychosocial interventions to adult patients needing intensive support and supervision.  Will provide individual, group and family intervention and services to clients with complex needs.  Minimum job qualification is a bachelor's degree in a mental health field with six to twelve months related experience.  PRN opportunities are available for all shifts.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

PRN Registered Nurse - Inpatient Unit

As a member of a multidisiciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric nursing services including medication administration and education to adult patients on the inpatient unit.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a RN by the State of Indiana and one year experience in a psychiatric setting.
