Behavioral Health Technician I - Noel House 

  • Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
    Hours available:  Tuesday - Saturday, 3rd shift

  • With supervision, have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned to ensure continuity of care by conducting intensive outpatient children's and parenting groups, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services, link clients with natural social supports and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two to three years experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Behavioral Health Technician III - The Redwoods

  • Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center programs.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
    Hours available:  Friday - Monday 2:30pm - 12:00am; Tuesday staffing 1-3pm

 

Caseworker II - Home-Based Services

  • With supervision, have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned to ensure continuity of care by conducting intensive outpatient children's and parenting groups, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services, link clients with natural social supports and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two to three years experience.

Recovery Specialist II - Intensive Support Services

  • Provide supportive intervention and goal directed services for adult clients receiving care through Park Center whose intensity level has dropped, may cycle again & who need high intensity services to ensure continuity of care.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist I - Home-Based Services (2 openings)

  • Provide a range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post masters work experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Therapist I - Psychiatric Group

  • As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling with a minimum of six months post masters experience. 

 

A/D Therapist I - Chemical Dependency

  • As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and communication, consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with a minimum of six months post masters work experience.  A Park Center internship experience may be considered.  Alcohol & drug certification through a state or national organization preferred or must be willing to be alcohol and drug certified within one year.

A/D Therapist II - Chemical Dependency

  • As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and communication, consultation and education services to adults with multiple needs receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field with two to three years post masters work experience.  License as a LCSW, LMFT or LMHC.  
    Applicants must have a  valid driver's license.

 

Therapist III - F.W. Outpatient Services

  • As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and three to five years post masters work experience.  LMFT and/or LCSW license required.

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services

  • As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Part-time Recovery Specialist I - Intensive Support Services

  • Provide supportive intervention and goal directed services for adult clients receiving care through Park Center whose intensity level has dropped, may cycle again & who need high intensity services to ensure continuity of care.  Minimum job qualification is three years Park Center clinical experience or an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
    Hours Available:  Monday - Friday 8am-noon

 

Intervention Specialist IV - Transitional Care Services

  • As a member of a clinical treatment team, provide service linkage, intervention and ADL services to adult clients at Park Center's sub-acute facility.  Coordinates with Park Center and hospital staff in coordination with mental health related hospital admissions.  Will provides crisis intervention services to clients and other community members by phone and service linkage, intervention and ADL services to Park Center's adult clientsMinimum job qualification is a bachelor's degree in a mental health field with one to two years relevant experience.  Any bachelor's degree with three years directly related experience. 
    Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
    Hours Available:  Tuesday - Wednesday 3pm - 11pm
                                
    Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
