Support Generalist - Child & Adult Services

Provide a range of secretarial and clerical services including typing, filing, and record keeping in support of the Center's departments and staff.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent plus six months specialized training and knowledge of general office procedures with one to two years general secretarial experience. 

Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. required.  Data entry test required.

 

Behavioral Health Technician I -Leslie House; The Redwoods

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available: Tuesday - Sunday 3rd shift (Noel House)

Friday & Saturday 3rd shift/ Sunday & Monday 2nd shift (Leslie/Noel)

Recovery Specialist II - Continuous Treatment Team (3 openings)

With general supervision, provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services and supportive intervention to adult clients receiving services through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with three years experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Recovery Specialist II -  Intensive Support Services

Provide a range of services including managing payee accounts, case management and supportive intervention to Park Center's ACE clients.  Minimum job qualification is a bachelors degree in a mental health field with two to three years experience.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Caseworker II - Home Based Services

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with two years experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Behavioral Health Technician III - The Redwoods

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage, skills training and intervention services to Park Center's child and adolescent clients.  May provide services to clients with complex needs.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.

Caseworker III - Decatur, IN

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Would also handle cases involving more complicated and/or high risk family and individual dynamics as determined by Clinical Supervisor and/or Manager.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with three years experience.

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain license within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience. 

 

Therapist III - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and three to five years post Masters work experience.  LMFT and/or LCSW license required.

 

Therapist IV - Decatur, IN

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related mental health field and certification by a recognized professional association in the area of specialty with five to seven years post master's work experience. 

 

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Advanced Practice Nurse - Psychiatric Group

In collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Associate Medical Directors, provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a wide range of client populations.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from an accredited institution.  Graduate of a Psych NP or CNS program or graduate of an APN program with psychiatric experience in role of an APN for at least one year.  Eligible for an APN Indiana license.  Eligible for registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Advisory Committee.  Willing to work under a Collaborative Practice Agreement.  Certified by a national certification body that has established standards for Advanced Practice Nursing. Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Part Time Drug Testing Technician - Chemical Dependency

As a member of a multidisiplinary treatment team, provide support to the random drug testing process.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a human services related field.
