Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience. 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Hours Available: Friday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 1st shift

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.

Employment Specialist I - Eagle Employment

Develop job placements in the community for individuals with a serious mental illness and be responsible for orienting employers about the benefits of hiring individuals with SMI and for retaining a positive working relationship with employers.  Minimum job qualification is associate's degree in a mental health field with two to three years related experience.

Recovery Specialist II - Continous Treatment Team (3 openings)

With general supervision, provide a range of services including monitoring, recovery focused services and supportive intervention to adult clients receiving services through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degree in a mental health field with three years experience.

Caseworker III - Decatur, IN (2 openings)

Have the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate services for cases assigned in order to ensure continuity of care by conducting parenting education, providing goal directed services, providing strengths based services and communicating progress and problems with physicians and/or therapists.  Would also handle cases involving more complicated and/or high risk family and individual dynamics as determined by Clinical Supervisor and/or Manager.  Minimum job qualification is an associates degree in a mental health field with three years experience.

Therapist I -Bluffton, IN (1 opening); FW Home Based Services (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, service linkage, re-assessment, treatment planning and care coordination with a range of internal and external treatment providers.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field.

 
Therapist II - FW Outpatient Services (1 opening); Bluffton, IN (1 opening);
                        FW Home Based Services (1 opening)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of client care and community consultation and education services to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree with state license as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW or eligible to obtain license within six months of hire in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field, and at least one year post masters work experience. 

 

Therapist III - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide intake assessments, counseling services and service linkage to multiple ages and needs groups receiving care through Park Center.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related mental health field and three to five years post Masters work experience.  LMFT and/or LCSW license required.

 

Psychologist (HSPP) - F.W. Outpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a full range of psychological, client care, and community consultation and education services to young children, adults, families and groups with various treatment issues.  Minimum job qualification is a doctorate from an accredited school of psychology and license by the State of Indiana as a Psychologist with one to three years post doctorate experience.   

 

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric Group

In consultation with the Medical Director, provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients, including the seriously mentally ill.  Minimum job qualification is a master's degree in nursing with at least three years of experience in psychiatric nursing.  Eligible for an Advanced Practice Nurse Indiana license, for registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Advisory Committee and for a collaborative practice agreement.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

 

Part Time Behavioral Health Technician I - The Redwoods

Provide supportive intervention, service linkage and skills training services to child and adolescent clients receiving services through Park Center's programs.  Minimum job qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years related experience.

Hours available:  Saturday 7am - 5pm & Sunday 8am - 6pm

 

Part Time Psychiatric Technician III - Inpatient Services (2 openings)

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric rehabilitation and psychosocial interventions to Park Center's adult clients.  Minimum job qualification is an associate's degee in a mental health field with two to three years related experience. 

Hours Available:  1st shift 24 hours per week/alternating weekends

                             3rd shift 24 hours per week/alternating weekends

                                                    

Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Inpatient Services

As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provide a range of psychiatric nursing services to patients on the inpatient unit.  Minimum job qualification is a license as a LPN by the State of Indiana and one year direct care experience. 

Hours available:  3rd shift 32 hours per week/alternating weekends
